This morning, I awoke to a twitter from @scrumpyfu asking me about the Nazi flag flying over the Skidmore overpass over I5 in North Portland. That was around 7:15am. I quickly headed out to see what was up and found nothing. Then, I just got an email from divebarwife over at Portland Metblogs. She had seen said flag attached to a weather ballon flying over a house not 200 ft from my front door.
Creepy. Anyone got any news on this?

I took a picture of the one below the Fremont bridge a few months back, but it appears to be the very slow work of someone who thinks aerially suspended messages are effective. Must own Goodyear tires?
