With all the hot weather lately, people have been going to great lengths to keep cool, even when the action gets steamy. The city of Portland’s water bureau blog has brought a couple of incidents to light. I wonder if they’re connected?

Of course, most have heard of the Mount Tabor skinny-dippers. The embarrassed couple have been assigned community service, but they have been released from incarceration. This makes me wonder if they aren’t somehow involved with this find.

A wad of cash wrapped in a unique container? This leads to speculation. If it is the aforementioned couple, what would they wrap it in? With their love of water-sports, I would guess a condom.

It’d be functional, and since they’re leaving cash, it would give a whole new meaning to the term ‘reservoir tip’…
