Pie slices at Random Order

Isn’t pie just the perfect summer July dessert?

When my friend suggested we get together for coffee this afternoon, she also suggested we find a place that had pie. She already knew the perfect place - the Random Order coffee shop on NE Alberta, where they make their own pies in-house and have several different varieties to choose from. The only question was - would they be open today?

They were! And the pie - peach for me, chocolate cream for her - was superb.
